* Monitor kitchen performance, identifying opportunities to improve workflow, morale, and quality.

Experience & Skills
* Proven experience as a Head Chef or similar role.
* Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build positive team dynamics.
* Strong culinary expertise with extensive knowledge of food preparation techniques and menu planning.
* Calm, composed leadership style, with the ability to remain level-headed and solutions-oriented under pressure.
* Solid understanding of food safety regulations and best practices in hospitality.
* Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
* Passion for cooking, mentoring, and creating memorable dining experiences.
* Experience in menu development and cost management is advantageous.
