This role offers the chance to set up and lead a brand-new Education branch in either the North of England or the West Midlands, with a clear progression pathway to Regional Manager as additional branches are established. The Opportunity: Set up and manage a new Education recruitment branch from inception. Lead business development, client relationships, and operational delivery. Recruit, train, and manage a team of high-performing recruiters. Drive revenue growth and ensure consistent service quality. Progress into a Regional Manager role as the organisation expands.
