The postholder will provide daily administrative support to all PCN managers andtheir respective teams, supporting service delivery, PCN activities, as well ascurrent and future workstreams. The post holder will also provide ad hoc administrativesupport to the Managing Director, Operations Manager, and PCN ClinicalDirectors when required. This roleinvolves providing high quality work, comprehensive and effectiveadministration skills across a wide variation of work with some travel acrossGosforth and Jesmond. The job holder will be based at Regent Centre but will be required to work routinely across the Gosforth and Jesmond area.
Main duties of the job
Serviceadministration and co-ordination.
Organising, administrating, and attendingmeetings; producing agendas, minutes, notes and disseminating meeting minutes,notes and papers.
Co-ordinatePCN group consultations and training events; supporting patient, partnerorganisations and stakeholder engagement.
Ensuringaction logs are maintained as required and items are progressed.
Assistingwith data capture and coding on a range of systems; using GP clinical recordsand systems as well as other non-clinical administration IT systems.
Liaisingwith managers and team leads to ensuring distribution lists are kept up to date.
Assistingwith production of corporate materials such as brochures, reports, training andcommunication aids
Otherduties as required.

Operational Administration
Ensuring on-calldoctors for Practices are correct and saved on teams each week.
Ensuring accuratevisualisation maintenance on System One for GJH and EA info.
Messagingpatients as required to support Same Day Access clinics and Home Visiting.
Supportingthe delivery of a range of Group Consultations and Meet and Move sessions.
Provideadministrative support to the management team in them undertaking their day-to-dayoperations.
Operational Responsibilities
Provide direct support to the PCN Project Manager, Business SupportManager and Clinical Services Manager.
Provide ad hoc support to the Operations Manager, Managing Director andClinical Directors as required.
Organise meetings and events related to PCN service provision and activities.
Coordinating, administering and supporting a range of operational andmanagement meetings; producing agendas and minutes with the support of PCN managers.
Provide operational support and administration in the co-ordination ofledgers and rotas, taking directions from operational managers and leads.
Support the HR Manager with system administration during the induction ofnew employees and processing of leavers.
Oversight and administration of all rotas and ledgers to assistoperational managers in ensuring good staff cover and effective servicedelivery at all times.
Communicationsand Working Relationships
Support the production of corporate materials includingreports/brochures
Co-ordination of content for the PCN newsletter as well as PCN activitiesand events
Contribute to the overall delivery of national and local Primary CareNetwork priorities and initiatives, by working closely with the PCN BusinessSupport Manager, operational managers, Clinical Directors, and the Primary CareNetwork team.
Undertake distinct tasks and activities to support the delivery ofproject milestones.
Liaise with third parties about aspects of PCN work.
Build and maintain good relationships with clinical staff involved in orassociated with the network to always maintain effective clinical engagement.
