Responsibilities
* Project management and contract administration (essential)
* Building surveys, party wall, dilapidations, licence to alter, and condition reports
* Experience in residential and commercial sectors with a proactive approach
* Potential to manage, mentor, and grow a team
Qualifications
* BSc(Hons) Building Surveying
* AssocRICS or MRICS preferred
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Opportunity 2: Building Surveyor (minimum 3 years experience)
Responsibilities
* Project management, contract administration, building surveys, party wall, dilapidations, licence to alter, and condition reports
* Supporting career development towards APC with diverse project experience
Qualifications
* BSc(Hons) Building Surveying
* Excellent communication skills
Opportunity 3: Commercial Property Agent
Responsibilities
* Expanding lettings, sales, and acquisitions of commercial properties within an established firm
* Utilizing local knowledge of Essex market and generating new business
* Providing excellent service to clients including property companies, institutions, charities, and high net worth individuals
Qualifications
* AssocRICS or MRICS desirable but experience is more important
