Key Responsibilities: Supervise and support the daily activities of the cleaning team Create and manage cleaning schedules and task allocations Ensure high standards of cleanliness are consistently maintained Conduct regular quality checks and inspections Manage cleaning supplies and stock control Provide training and guidance to team members Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations Liaise with site management regarding maintenance issuesWhat We're Looking For: Previous experience in a cleaning or facilities role (supervisory experience preferred) Strong leadership and organisational skills Knowledge of health & safety and COSHH regulations Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good communication skills Reliable, trustworthy, and committed to high standardsA DBS Enhanced check will be required - Acorn by Synergie will support with this.
