You have experience working with vulnerable individuals, families, and multi-agency environments. Your communications skills are top-notch, both written and verbal, and you possess a “can-do” positive attitude, passion, and strategic thinking required to make a difference in Adult Social Care. What the Job Involves As an AMHP in the Adult Mental Health Hub, you will conduct Mental Health Act assessments and coordinate care for individuals with complex needs. You will support and provide expert advice to other social workers and colleagues, ensuring adherence to legislative requirements and local authority policies. This role includes maintaining professional networks, providing interventions, participating in planning, and improving Adult Social Care service delivery. You will also chair meetings, produce reports, and work on a 24-hour rolling rota to handle emergency social care issues.
