We are recruiting for a new member to join our family company Mutual & Clothing & Supply Co. Ltd at our Leicester Head Office. This will be a part time role from 10:00am to 14:00pm Monday to Friday. 20 Hours a week paying £12.21 an hour which works out at £244.20 per week. £1,052.20 a month. The person selected will be mainly in charge of being a telephone receptionist with other duties which are listed below. Duties Required: Answering calls to ask for a brief description of who they want to speak to, so you can forward the call on to whichever member of staff. Taking payments from customers over the telephone when required, and to process loans, discounts, and adjustments. Filing paper and enveloping is an everyday task with filing away documents in relevant places. The candidate will need to be compliant with the current Consumer Credit Regulations and FCA rules. Which include some of the following: Treating Customers Fairly Consumer Duty of Care Dealing with Venerable Customers Customers in Financial Difficulties Full training will be provided on these topics. You will relish a challenge and be highly organised, managing your day-to-day task with a positive attitude and positive energy. The successful applicant should be well presented with proven experience in a similar role. Reception responsibilities Greet and welcome all visitors to the building, in a friendly and professional manner Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate departments Prepare and write reports as needed, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail Efficiently manage deliveries, including couriers and post Provide excellent customer service to everyone visiting or working in the building Taking payments from customers over the phone When required to process loans, discounts, and adjustments Folding, enveloping, and posting letters via the franking machine Building Management Establish yourself as the face of the building and the go to person for questions / queries Work closely with the managers Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise Experienced front of house receptionist and able to deliver impeccable customer service Proactive, self-motivated and enjoy working independently Excellent written and oral communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and willing to learn in house systems Professional appearance and demeanour Benefits Free parking Company pension Company events
