We're Hiring: PR & Influencer Relations Assistant

Are you highly organised, detail-driven and excited by the world of PR, social media and influencers? We're looking for a proactive PR & Influencer Assistant to become the lynchpin of our in-house PR team.
Supporting the Head of PR & Influencer Relations and the wider team, you'll play a key role in keeping the office running smoothly while acting as a day-to-day contact for journalists, influencers and key partners.

What you'll be doing:
• Managing press and influencer enquiries in a professional, timely manner
• Maintaining media and influencer databases
• Supporting product launches, press events, influencer mailers and trips
• Coordinating social media activity in line with launch calendars
• Managing press coverage reporting.
• Overseeing PR materials, stock, suppliers, invoices and department admin
What we're looking for:
• A natural multi-tasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail
• Confident working under pressure and to tight deadlines
• Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) + Photoshop + Canva
• Minimum 6 months office experience or internship placements
