Care Manager – RGN

I currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Nurse to work as a Care Manager for an established, family run care provider within their purpose-built nursing home in Brixton.
The home provides specialist general nursing and Dementia care, they have been rated good in all areas by the CQC and have an excellent reputation within the local area.
As the Care Manager your role will be supernumerary (8am-5pm) with some flexibility. You will work alongside the management team to support the multi-discipliniary staff team and ensure that person-centred care is delivered throughout the home. It is essential that you have previous leadership/ management experience as well as up to date nursing skills and knowledge to be able to effectively support the team.
