The skinny
We’re looking for someone special: a mid-weight designer who can turn their hand to advertising concepts too. We know you’re out there, because we already have two such wonders on our tight-knit creative team, itching for you to join them.
What you’ll do
• Work closely with our copywriters, planners and client service team to turncomplex B2B challenges into compelling ideas.
• Develop and execute creative concepts for integrated campaigns across digital, print, and experiential platforms.
• Create high quality visuals and polished presentations to pitch your ideas to clients.
• Present your ideas, internally and to clients.
• Give a clear rationale for your thinking, understand and incorporate feedback.
• Stay on top of industry trends and bring fresh, innovative ideas to the table.
Who we’re looking for
· Someone from a design background, with additional conceptual advertising / art direction skills.
· 3–5 years’ experience in a creative agency or similar environment, with a strong portfolio showcasing both design and conceptual advertising work.
· Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (specifically InDesign, Illustrator & Photoshop),along with the ability to use and design in Powerpoint.
· Confidence using AI tools in service of the best possible idea, visual or finished product.
· An ability to synthesize complex business offerings into clear, engaging concepts.
· The confidence to present and defend your ideas.
· A collaborative spirit and an ability to muck in.
· If you don’t already have B2B experience, you’ll need to be able to understand complex, abstract and intangible products and services. It’s challenging, but rewarding!
