What will you be doing
* Summarise and read code relevant information from patients clinical records, hospital correspondence into EMIS Web
* Follow strict practice protocols, policies and procedures including confidentiality of all information.

What do I need
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with a wide variety of people.
* Excellent computer skills with Microsoft office knowledge
* Experience of using EMIS.
* Experience in problem solving in pressured environments.
* Knowledge of clinical coding and GP workflow protocols.
* A good working knowledge of medical terminology.
