Were looking for a
Conference Manager
to take ownership of our corporate events. This is a role for someone who thrives on precision, professionalism, and creating seamless guest experiences. Working mainly weekdays, youll be the
primary point of contact for conference hosts and delegates, ensuring every detailfrom AV to cateringis delivered flawlessly. ?? What Youll Do
Oversee all hotel conferences on a day-to-day basis.
Act as the
main point of contact
for hosts and delegates during their event.
Ensure
exceptional standards
of organisation, cleanliness, and attention to detail.
Manage set-ups, making sure every detail (AV, refreshments, room layout) is spot on.
Liaise with the
sales office and kitchen
to resolve any queries swiftly.
Take ownership of the department, reporting and actioning repairs or replacements.
Lead with warmth and professionalism, problem-solving with minimal disruption.
Monitor rotas daily to maintain correct staffing levelWhat Were Looking For
Proven
event or conference management experience .
Experience handling corporate clients (a strong advantage).
A
hands-on leader
who supports and motivates their team.
Flexible, organised, and solution-focused.
Excellent personal presentation and communication skills.
Due to our rural location,
own transport is recommended .
