Ensure timely and effective promotion of candidates for interviews to fill vacancies promptly. Strategic Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, providing exceptional service and expert advice. Network extensively to build a robust client base and drive sales, ensuring a steady stream of business opportunities.
