Customer Service Administrator - West Byfleet | Full-time | £30,000 - £32,000 A busy, service-led business is looking for an organised Customer Service Administratorr to take ownership of customer enquiries and requests. FULL TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED TO ALLOCATE APPOINTMENTS TO A FIELD BASED TEAM BUT STRONG CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE IS A MUST HAVE. This is a fast-paced, client-facing role where you’ll be responsible for allocating appointments to a mobile field-based team, managing workloads, handling changes, and making sure client requests are covered - even when diaries are tight.
