We are looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join our growing HR Team to support our teams across Demelza for a fixed term contract of 18 months.
With your expert knowledge in employee relations matters, you will work with employees and managers to provide sound HR advice and support across the organisation on a wide range of employee relations.
Candidates will have up-to-date knowledge of current employment legislation and with excellent interpersonal skills, will have the ability to work collaboratively as part of a wider HR team but also work with own initiative to prioritise a changing workload.
Previous charity experience is helpful, but not essential to be successful in this role. Regular travel across our operating region will be required.
