Job Title: HGV Class 2 Driver (Portsmouth)

Pay Rate: £15.05 – 18.50 per hour

Are you a skilled Class 2 Driver with experience in multi-drop deliveries? Join our team for immediate, temporary agency work with our customer based in Fareham, a well-established metal wholesaler. This role involves delivering across the Southeast region, including London, with set routes and a manageable number of drops per shift.
Requirements:
1. Hold a valid driver’s licence with no more than 3 points.
2. Valid Class 2 (HGV/LGV, Category C) driving licence.
3. Valid CPC card and Tacho Card.
4. Some previous driving or delivery experience preferred.
5. Ability to adapt to different assignments and schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
6. Operate Class 2 vehicles for multi-drop deliveries (1–10 drops per shift).
7. Complete deliveries across the Southeast region, including London.
8. Follow set delivery routes to ensure efficiency and consistency.
9. Assist with loading and unloading, with most goods handled via forklift.
10. Handle some manual duties as required and operate vehicles safely.
11. Maintain strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
