Job Description
Based at Dundee House, you will work full time, 37 hours a week on a permanent or temporary basis until April 2027. These posts are based in office providing clerical assistance to each section within Council Advice Services. Please indicate you preference on application. Requirements
You will have 3 National 4s, or equivalent including English and Mathematics.
Responsibilities
You will assist the team by providing clerical support, carrying out general clerical tasks, including operating computer systems.
The Individual
You will have proven clerical experience and working knowledge of Microsoft packages, including Office 365, Teams, Word, Excel. You will have the ability to work both independently and with own initiative, have good time management and prioritisation skills and have excellent communication skills, both written and oral. Telephony, keyboard, numeric and cash handling skills are essential along with the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines. You may be requested to work at different locations. A Level 1 Disclosure Scotland check is required.
