Key Responsibilities:
4. Oversee the maintenance, repair, and efficient operation of all facilities under management.
5. Develop and implement comprehensive facility management policies and procedures.
6. Manage and coordinate facility projects, renovations, and upgrades.
7. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and environmental policies.
8. Supervise facility staff and contractors to ensure high-quality service delivery.
9. Monitor and manage facility budgets and expenditures.
10. Conduct regular inspections to identify and address maintenance issues promptly.
11. Liaise with clients, tenants, and stakeholders to address their facility-related needs and concerns.
Requirements:
12. Proven experience as a Facilities Manager or similar role.
13. Strong knowledge of facility management best practices and regulations.
14. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
15. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
16. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and facility management software.
17. Relevant degree or professional qualification in facilities management or a related field.
