Job Description
This role is within the Digital Technologies department, which is responsible for driving digital transformation at our site. You will work with dedicated and skilled colleagues to ensure stable, efficient, and compliant IT solutions, emphasizing simplicity and agility.
As an IT Support Specialist, you will be part of the Global IT Support team, focusing on providing high-quality IT support to end users, ensuring a smooth digital workplace experience, and contributing to continual service improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide daily IT support to end users.
* Respond to inquiries via phone, direct contact, and IT service management tools.
* Manage incident and service request processes.
* Coordinate critical incident responses to minimize business disruption.
* Manage onboarding and offboarding of user devices and access.
* Procure and manage local IT equipment and storage.
* Collaborate with global teams to standardize and optimize support efforts.
* Contribute to problem management and knowledge sharing.
* Participate in IT projects as needed.
* Contribute to on-call support rotations.
Your Qualifications:
* Strong understanding of end-user peripherals and ITSM frameworks.
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Effective stakeholder management and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple initiatives.
* Proficient in written and spoken English.
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
* Minimum of 5 years of IT experience, preferably supporting end users.
