A highly reputable UK based Tech Company are looking for a Oracle HCM Systems Analyst to join the HR Systems team and play a key role in supporting and enhancing the Oracle HCM Cloud system. In this role, you will be hands-on with analysis, troubleshooting, testing, implementation of new system functionalities and continuous improvements. You will also coach colleagues, simplify processes, and provide first-line support to keep the HR systems running smoothly. This is a hybrid working role with a requirement to be in Warwick 1 day per month.
