Main Purpose of Job
The Senior Recruitment and Onboarding Partner plays a key strategic role in shaping and delivering effective recruitment and onboarding across Innovus. Working closely with the Head of HR and senior leaders, the role designs and implements recruitment strategies aligned with both immediate and long-term workforce needs. It drives talent attraction through diverse sourcing channels, proactive engagement, and inclusive hiring practices, while enhancing employer brand and candidate experience.
