Administrative Assistant [Ref: CW0416]

15 hours per week, 38 weeks per year

Work pattern: Monday and Tuesday (8.30am - 17.00pm)

Pro rata of £26,045 - £26,141 per annum (i.e. £9,178.02 - £9,211.85), plus £214.99 Crawley Weighting

As an Administrative Assistant in our Student Services team, you will undertake a range of administrative duties which support this key team, including dealing with enquiries from staff, students and parents. Other key responsibilities include maintaining diaries and calendars, UCAS processing, supporting with student attendance related activities and organising referral meetings. Overall, the work you do as our Administrative Assistant will play a vital role in ensuring the Student Services team offers the best possible support to our students at Crawley College.

As our Administrative Assistant, you will have proven administrative, customer service and organisational skills, as well as experience of working with Microsoft Office.
