Join Our Team as a Customer Service Advisor based in Durham
Are you passionate about delivering great customer service? We’re working with a fantastic client based in the heart of Durham,to hire Customer Service Advisors on a temporary ongoing basis — with the opportunity to secure a permanent role for the right person.
What You'll Do:
* Provide exceptional customer care while using various internal systems.
* Handle customer inquiries efficiently and professionally.
* What We’re Looking For:
o A positive, flexible attitude —shifts will vary Monday to Sunday, between 8am and 8pm.
o Various shift patterns available, including a 4-day workweek!
o Both full-time (37 hours/week) and part-time (27.5 hours/week) options.
o Previous customer service experience is a big plus, but not essential as full paid training is provided!

o This is an office-based role in central Durham.
o Successful applicants must pass a credit check and DBS check.
