As Team Leader for Joe, you’ll be the spark that keeps the team buzzing! With your natural leadership skills, you’ll confidently steer a crew of 6 to 8 people, ensuring every shift runs smoothly and with good vibes. You won’t just manage — you’ll cheer people on, help out, and keep the energy high. Additionally, you’ll have dedicated management time to work behind the scenes: organizing rotas, participating in training, and supporting the team’s development.
You’ll need to be fit and ready for outdoor activities! Joe enjoys staying active — hiking, cycling, kayaking, swimming, circus activities, and long walks. If you have the stamina and energy to keep up with his vibrant lifestyle, this could be a great fit for you.
Contract hours: 30 hours per week.
Essential requirements: A full UK driving licence and the ability to participate in outdoor pursuits, including swimming.
