Brand Lead (Maternity Cover) / Hybrid - 3 days in London / £80,000 - £90,000 per annum
Join a leading skincare brand as Brand Lead for the UK & Ireland!
We're looking for an experienced marketing professional to take ownership of the brand strategy and activation during a maternity cover period. You'll lead a small team, manage agency partnerships, and deliver a full marketing mix to drive growth and profitability.
What you'll do:
Define and implement UK & Ireland brand strategy aligned with global vision.
Lead annual brand planning, media strategy, and trade activation.
Manage portfolio strategy and oversee new product development.
Collaborate with sales, category, and e-commerce teams to maximise ROI.
Analyse market performance and optimise campaigns.
What we're looking for:
10+ years' FMCG marketing experience (OTC/Pharma desirable).
Proven success delivering commercial KPIs and leading full marketing mix.
Strong UK market knowledge and experience managing agencies.
Confident, dynamic, and entrepreneurial mindset.
