We’re looking for an experienced Senior/Lead Developer to join our Resident Experience product team.
You’ll help design and develop our Resident Engagement products — a key part of our suite of solutions — which aim to enrich the lives of residents in care through meaningful interactions and engagement.
You’ll work across the full software development lifecycle, helping shape the vision and architecture of the platform, writing clean, maintainable code, and collaborating closely with a talented team of in-house and outsourced developers.

What You’ll Do: Design and develop innovative Resident Engagement products Work across the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC) Contribute to the vision and future roadmap of the Resident Experience platform Collaborate with internal and outsourced teams to build high-quality, maintainable, and scalable software Define requirements, acceptance criteria, and estimates with Product Owners and stakeholders Write unit tests and ensure strong test coverage for all code Continually improve development processes and practices Produce high-quality design documentation Support and mentor junior developers Build secure and monitorable solutions using modern best practices What You’ll Bring: Proven experience with Vue 3, Node.js, Google Cloud, Firebase, TypeScript, MongoDB Strong architecture and system design skills Full-stack development experience across frontend and backend Solid understanding of Agile development practices Expertise in TDD/BDD, unit testing, and CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps or similar) Experience building secure, scalable, and maintainable software Ability to mentor and support other developers Excellent collaboration and communication skills across distributed teams Bonus points for experience with: Flutter, Blazor, Angular, React, microservices, SaaS platforms, Azure services (Functions, Service Bus), GitLab CI/CD, monitoring tools (Prometheus, Azure App Insights), high availability systems.
