We are happy to be recruiting for one of our high-profile Banking clients. They are currently looking for a Client Services Executive to join them for an initial 6-month contract. However, there may be scope for extension.
Primary Responsibilities:
1. Responds to all shareholder queries received by phone, email, letter, or webchat. 80% of the role is phone based and the other 20% is investigating cases.
2. Places telephone trades in accordance with instructions received.
3. Responds to straight forward questions about shareholder accounts and provides more advanced technical assistance.
4. Responses are fast, efficient, and accurate.
5. Investigates errors in shareholder accounts and statements.
6. Routes issues that cannot be addressed at point of contact to appropriate team, in accordance with documented procedures and responds to shareholder once issue resolved.
7. Reviews daily open items to ensure proper follow-up and closure.
8. Responsible for the quality and completion of own work.
Experience Required:
9. High school/secondary school or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
10. Experience in contact centre or client services preferred.
11. Experience in MS Applications (MS )
Location:
This is a hybrid working role, with a requirement to work from the clients Edinburgh office at least 3 days a week. You will be required to be in office 5 days a week for the first few weeks whilst training commences.
Working hours:
Standard working hours with some flex where required.
