Commercial Sales & Lettings Agent – £25,000 – £35,000 basic (depending on experience) | OTE £50,000+ – Southampton. No Saturdays
We’re working with a long-established and highly respected commercial real estate company based in Southampton, who are looking to recruit a Commercial Sales & Lettings Agent to join their growing team.
This role suits someone who is proactive, confident on the phone and commercially driven, and who enjoys building relationships and closing deals.
The Role
You’ll be involved in both commercial sales and lettings, managing deals from initial enquiry through to completion. Responsibilities will include:
* Handling inbound and outbound enquiries
* Actively generating new business through calls and follow-ups
* Booking and conducting commercial property viewings
* Negotiating terms between landlords, vendors, tenants and buyers
* Building long-term client relationships
* Progressing deals and supporting transactions to completion
Training is available to learn the technical aspects of commercial real estate.

Experience:
* Previous experience in commercial property, residential property, or property sales/lettings
* OR a strong background in property sales with the willingness to learn commercial real estate
Salary & Benefits
* Basic salary £25,000 – £35,000 (dependent on experience)
* Realistic OTE of £50,000+
* Must have own car (essential for viewings)
