The Bay Studios at Coastland College are seeking an inspiring and knowledgeable lecturer to join our dynamic Music and Music Technology team.
We are looking for a committed and skilled professional with a strong foundation in music performance, production and contemporary music practice. The successful candidate will play a central role in shaping and delivering our Level 3 curriculum, leading high-quality teaching and learning across a range of subjects including live performance, songwriting, music technology and music theory.
You will work closely with a diverse and ambitious student cohort, supporting their progression into higher education and the creative industries. Your industry experience and creative vision will be key in guiding learners to develop both their technical competencies and artistic voice.
In addition to teaching, you will be involved in curriculum planning, assessment and the coordination of live events, showcases and studio-based projects. This role also includes some evening commitments in support of student-led performances and production work.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £26,210.00-£30,156.00 per year
