About The Role
Job Purpose
Processing customer orders, assisting with the maintenance of EDI ordering systems, understanding customers products and documentation needs, handling customer queries, working with internal stakeholders and delivering great customer service and providing top class after care.
Key Result Area / Principal Duties & Responsibilities
1. Customer order processing in SAP
2. Raising import/ export documents
3. Liaising with international freight forwarders
4. Raising certificates of Origin
5. Primary contact for key customers
6. Dispatching customer orders, invoicing and after sales care
7. Pro-actively notify customers and our sales on product availability issues
8. Assist with investigation of delivery queries
9. Contribute towards good service levels and supply chain efficiencies
10. Onboarding new customer accounts

About You
Qualifications & Specific Training
Desirable to have experience working with bond movements, Chamber of commerce and HMRC. Experience Demonstrable experience in an office-based role, preferably within a FMCG environment Knowledge Understanding of IT Systems, including SAP and Microsoft Office. Skills
Outstanding attention to and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
Great communication and interpersonal skills written & verbal
Ability to multitask by prioritising tasks effectively.

Standard working hours with occasional overtime during peak periods.
