The Role
You will take full commercial responsibility for multiple groundwork projects, working closely with operational teams to ensure financial efficiency and project success. This is a key leadership position with real influence over business performance.
Key Responsibilities
1. Managing project costs from inception through to final account
2. Preparing, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and subcontracts
3. Monitoring budgets, forecasts, and cash flow
4. Identifying and managing commercial risks and opportunities
5. Valuations, variations, and cost reporting
6. Building strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
