About The Role
We are seeking a results‑driven Sales Manager to build high‑performing design teams across multiple showrooms in your designated region. The role requires flexibility to travel to various showrooms across the UK and reliable transport to facilitate this. The basic salary is £28,000, with a bonus OTE of £34,000.
Responsibilities
* Ensure every customer is approached, experiences our design excellence, and is sold their dream kitchen.
* Identify additional opportunities to increase showroom sales.
* Assist the General Manager in recruiting and training staff to support showroom success.
* Deliver exceptional customer service.
* Read, understand, and adhere to health and safety policies and procedures, and the Integrated Management System (IMS) Responsibilities document.

* Proven track record of success in a high‑value retail environment.
* Sales‑driven with a can‑do attitude and hands‑on approach.
* Ability to coach, motivate, and inspire others to achieve KPIs.
* Committed to delivering exceptional customer service.
* Willing to work the majority of weekends and bank holidays.
* Has reliable transport available.
