Day to Day Activities: To have a good knowledge of the land market in the operating areas of the company and be able to identify opportunities and to deal thoroughly with feasibility/market research studies of the area in question. To have a sound working knowledge of Excel spreadsheets and be able to produce cost appraisals and plot analysis to achieve the Company's budgetary requirements. To have a good knowledge of planning strategy. To be able to negotiate with public and private sector to cover all aspects of investigations leading up to the acquisition of suitable sites.
