About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
1. Qualified: UK QTS or equivalent, with a relevant degree
2. Experienced: Strong understanding of SEN, including ASC, learning difficulties, and complex needs
3. Compassionate & Resilient: Able to build trusting relationships with pupils who may have faced significant challenges
4. Leadership experience, ideally as a subject lead or in curriculum development
5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills
6. Committed to raising standards, inspiring pupils, and supporting colleagues
