JOB TITLE: Real Estate Finance Solicitor
PQE: 6+ PQE
LOCATION: Suffolk
SALARY: GBP Dependent on experience
THE ROLE:
As the appointed Real Estate Finance Lawyer, you will be working within a highly successful team where you will be working within a team of experienced lawyers advising on a broad range of secured lending matters on behalf of banks and lenders. Together with dealing with a high:volume caseload of secured lending transactions you will also be supporting in the development and mentoring of junior members of the team.
THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are welcomed from Solicitors, Legal Executives and Licensed Conveyancers with at least 6 years PQE in dealing with real estate finance matters. You will be able to demonstrate strong technical experience / knowledge in real estate finance and possess the ability to manage transactions and contribute to team development. Ideal Lawyers will have management / supervisory experience.
