The Role
This is a Key Account Manager role with real visibility and impact, sitting at the centre of the company’s growth within the Out of Home channel.
Working across foodservice wholesalers, buying groups and route-to-market partners, you will be responsible for building presence, strengthening relationships and driving demand through the supply chain.
Success in this channel is not driven by listings alone. It is built through activation, engagement and creating genuine pull in the market.
You will work with national and regional wholesale customers, supporting both Head Office relationships and in-market activity, ensuring that commercial plans translate into real performance.
Alongside this, you will play a key role in bringing new product development into the channel, working closely with customers to launch and scale innovative formats across foodservice and on-trade environments.
Key Responsibilities
* Build and develop relationships with foodservice wholesalers and buying groups at both Head Office and regional level
* Deliver commercial plans focused on distribution, range, promotion and activation
* Work closely with distributor sales teams, delivering trade days, events and customer engagement activity
* Drive in-market execution across wholesale and route-to-market networks
* Identify and unlock new business opportunities across Out of Home
* Support the rollout of new product formats and NPD into the channel
* Work with end-user venues where appropriate to support demand generation
* Collaborate internally with commercial, marketing and finance teams to ensure delivery
* Manage forecasting, reporting and account administration with ownership and accuracy

Candidate Requirements
We are looking for individuals who combine strong commercial awareness with the ability to build relationships and make things happen in market.
You may currently be:
* A National Account Executive or Key Account Manager within FMCG or consumer products
* Operating within foodservice, wholesale or Out of Home channels
* A Territory or Regional Manager looking to step into a more strategic account role
You will bring:
* A strong understanding of, or genuine interest in, the Out of Home and foodservice sector
* The ability to build credible, long-term relationships with customers
* A proactive, hands-on approach to driving business in market
* Confidence working with data, planning and commercial detail
* Energy, ownership and a desire to develop within a high-performing commercial environment
