About the Role – What You’ll Do
As People & Culture Manager, you’ll lead the HR and people agenda across all three venues, ensuring we attract, develop, and retain top talent while maintaining compliance and fostering a positive, high-performance culture.
You will:
* Partner with GMs and senior leaders to drive engagement and retention strategies
* Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and training to ensure the best possible start for every team member
* Lead employee relations, providing advice and solutions that align with our values and UK employment law
* Deliver initiatives that promote diversity, wellbeing, and career development
* Support performance management, succession planning, and leadership development
* Ensure policies and procedures are up to date, compliant, and consistently applied
* Champion our culture and act as an ambassador for our people-first approach
What We’re Looking For
* Previous experience as a People & Culture Manager or Senior HR role in a premium or luxury hospitality environment
* Proven ability to build trust and influence at all levels, from front-of-house teams to senior directors
* Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
* A hands-on, approachable style combined with strategic thinking
* Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
* A genuine passion for people development and creating a positive workplace culture
