Salary & Benefits

* £50,000 to £65,000 per year complete on‑target earnings
* £25,000 to £27,500 basic salary per year, dependent on experience
* Uncapped commission scheme

Job Description

In this fully employed position, our partners are given the flexibility of a self‑employed model with full responsibility for becoming the best estate agent in their local area. They provide an end‑to‑end service for their customers from valuation to completion of sale. This role includes:

* Flexibility, through hybrid working
* Competitive salary, commission and bonus structure

* Support through training, development and lead management
* Success in building a personal brand and delivering an exceptional customer experience


Responsibilities

* Provide end‑to‑end estate agency service for customers, from valuation to completion of sale
* Build and nurture local relationships to generate business
* Market your own personal brand and promote the Spicerhaart brand locally
* Deliver a customer experience that earns rave reviews
* Manage your own diary and support customers at times convenient for them


Qualifications

* Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK (in accordance with the Immigration, Asylum and Nationality Act 2006)
* Evidence of right to work in the UK, in the form of passport or birth certificate
