Chef de Partie
My client is looking for a passionate Chef de Partie to join and become a key part of the team at this popular pub at the heart of the New Forest. This role offers an opportunity to showcase your culinary talents and contribute to creating a delicious British pub-style menu.
As our new Chef de Partie, you'll join a calm and respectful kitchen culture that values professional development and a supportive work environment.
Preferred Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or CDP, with a strong understanding of kitchen operations
2. Ability to work calmly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining a respectful and professional demeanor
3. Passion for using fresh, locally sourced ingredients to create delicious pub-style dishes
4. Willingness to collaborate with the team and contribute to menu planning and special events
5. Commitment to working 5 days out of 7 in a busy, yet supportive kitchen environment
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Formal culinary training or equivalent experience in a similar role
2. Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
3. Excellent time management and multitasking skills
