Social Worker - Kinship Assessment Team in Exeter, earning £38.35 Hourly for 3 months, full time. What you will do:
* Conduct assessments of potential kinship carers and provide ongoing support
* Collaborate with various agencies to ensure the best outcomes for children
* Attend Initial Child Protection Conferences and Child in Need meetings, holding cases until they close or escalate
* Maintain documentation and reports in line with statutory requirements
* Participate in team meetings to share insights and strategies
* Develop areas of practice within the team, seeking continual professional development
