What you’ll be doing As a Community Care Worker, you’ll be supporting people across weekends, often during the times they need it most. Your visits might include: Personal care (washing, dressing, toileting) Helping clients start their day or wind down in the evening Supporting safe movement and mobility Preparing simple meals and drinks Providing companionship, sometimes a chat means everything Supporting independence and routines Assisting with medication Completing short care notes after each visit No two days are the same, but every visit makes a real impact.
