The Role
Reporting to the Production Manager, you will be responsible for processing raw materials and manufacturing finished goods, following written work instructions to meet production and quality standards.
Key duties include:
 9. Preparing and carrying out quality checks on packaging and raw materials
 10. Assisting in the manufacture, packing, labelling, and despatch of products
 11. Operating process and filling equipment, such as pumps and flow meters
 12. Handling both hazardous and non-hazardous materials safely
 13. Meeting daily KPIs and reporting any production issues
 14. Identifying and suggesting opportunities for continuous improvement
About You
Essential:
 15. Experience of working to high safety standards
 16. Background in a food or cosmetic quality environment
 17. Ability to meet deadlines while maintaining quality
 18. Strong communication skills and a collaborative team approach
Desirable:
 19. Previous manufacturing experience
 20. Experience handling chemicals
 21. FLT licence
