The Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Associate to join their NEW STORE OPENING. This role is ideal for a luxury sales professional with strong product knowledge, proven clientelling skills, and the ability to lead by example on the shop floor.
You will play a key role in driving sales performance, nurturing long-term client relationships, and supporting the wider team in delivering a best-in-class luxury retail experience.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver an exceptional, tailored client experience through expert product knowledge and relationship-led selling
Build, maintain, and develop a strong personal client book, driving repeat business and long-term loyalty
Act as a senior presence on the shop floor, supporting and mentoring junior sales team members
Support high-value sales appointments, private viewings, and VIP client interactions
Work closely with stock, e-commerce, and operations teams to ensure seamless order fulfilment and aftercare
Maintain impeccable boutique standards, including visual presentation, merchandising, and brand alignment
Essential Skills & Requirements
Proven experience in luxury retail sales (Jewellery, fashion, or accessories preferred)
Strong clientelling skills with a track record of building long-term client relationships
Confident, polished communicator with a consultative sales approach
Commercially minded with the ability to drive individual and team sales performance
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Professional, discreet, and service-driven with a passion for luxury craftsmanship
