Ourpany values flexibility and work-life balance, allowing you to work 3 days from home and 2 days in the office. The role offers a flexible start and finish time between 8/9 AM to 4/5 PM.
Your new role
As the Payment Manager, you will be responsible for the following duties:
1. Processing Invoices: Assist during busy times by handling invoices promptly.
2. Payment Runs: Conduct fortnightly payment runs.
3. Utilities Management: Interact with a Managementpany regarding utilities.
4. Statement Reconciliation: Ensure accurate reconciliation of statements.
5. VAT Return Checks: Verify VAT returns.
6. Email Management: Monitor the inbox and respond efficiently.
7. Ad Hoc Duties: Be prepared to handle any other tasks as needed.
