Key Responsibilities:
* Support classroom teaching in your subject area or across the curriculum
* Work one-to-one or with small student groups to build confidence and understanding
* Assist with lesson planning, resource creation, and classroom organisation
* Help maintain an inclusive, engaging learning environment
* Gain valuable insight into day-to-day school life and professional teaching practices
Who We’re Looking For:
* Graduates (or final-year students) completing their degrees in 2025 with a 2:1 or above
* Preferably from a Russell Group or Top 20 UK university
* Passionate about education and committed to making a positive difference
* Strong interest in one or more of the listed subject areas
* Proactive, dependable, and enthusiastic
* Experience working with young people is a plus but not essential
