* Front Office supervisory experience in hotel, leisure, or retail sectors
* High commercial awareness and sales skills
* Familiarity with Property Management Systems like On Q
* Experience in branded hotels with rooms & F&B

About the role:

* Oversee Front Office operations to maintain high standards
* Monitor guest satisfaction levels and trends for continuous improvement
* Recognize regular and VIP guests, promote loyalty schemes
* Maximize room occupancy and rates using up-selling techniques
* Set departmental objectives, work schedules, budgets, policies, and procedures
* Ensure team appearance, standards, and performance through training and teamwork
* Keep staff knowledgeable about hotel services, policies, and local area
* Manage staffing levels to meet demand
* Handle staff performance issues per company policies
* Recruit, train, and develop Front Office staff
