This role offers a competitive salary range of £50,000 to £60,000, with performance bonuses taking your total package to £75,000. Responsibilities
* Leading the development and commissioning of new mental health and supported accommodation services.

* Mobilising new services and supporting team leaders.
* Contributing to the company's growth strategy.
