Are you the right person for the job?
* It is desirable that the successful candidate has previous experience within the vehicle maintenance industry from a customer service perspective, to include an understanding of statutory compliance for vehicles more than 3,500kgs
* Applicants will have excellent communication skills, both face-to-face, written, and via the telephone
* The candidate must have the ability to work on their own initiative as well as part of a team
* Be computer literate, knowledge of Kerridge and 1link systems will be an advantage
* Be eligible to work in the UK
What will your role as a Vehicle Maintenance and Compliance Controller look like?
* Report to the Vehicle Maintenance Manager, working as part of a valued team
* Dealing with customer maintenance enquiries, breakdowns, franchised dealerships, and independent repairers
* As part of a busy maintenance team, your focus will be on delivering first-class service in an efficient, cost-effective manner
