We’ll help you succeed
Our reputation is built on quality advice, which stems from understanding our clients’ businesses through close relationships. As a Personal Assistant in our Business Assurance team, you will support Partners and Directors with administrative and personal tasks, becoming an integral part of the support structure. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Managing diaries and scheduling meetings and events
2. Arranging travel, visas, accommodations, and itineraries
3. Liaising with clients and internal teams for meetings and reports
4. Handling correspondence, calls, and acting as a gatekeeper for Partners
5. Managing confidential information discreetly
6. Supporting billing, conflict checks, and client management systems
7. Coordinating recruitment, marketing activities, and tender documents
8. Creating and managing documentation, taking minutes, and processing expenses
9. Providing personal administration support as needed
10. Enhancing client experience and supporting client initiatives
11. Assisting with finance and risk management tasks
12. Supporting secretarial cover within the group and routine inquiries
You should have:
* Relevant experience in similar responsibilities
* Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint; familiarity with Outlook, Concur, Workday, CMS, InTapp
* Fast, accurate typing skills
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to prioritize and manage tasks proactively
* Discretion, initiative, attention to detail, and flexibility
* Strong interpersonal skills at all levels
* Self-motivation and ability to work independently and within a team
