Our client, a leading firm in the heart of Tunbridge Wells, are seeking an Assistant Tax Director to lead their highly successful Private Business Tax team. If you are looking for exposure to a high profile client base, within an environment where progression and flexibility is guaranteed then this is well worth pursuing.
Responsibilities
* Provide technical expertise to a varied client portfolio covering mid-market and private equity-backed firms as well as entrepreneurial start-up businesses.
* Proactively find solutions to issues concerning M&A, succession planning, transfer pricing and other topics affecting their client base.
* Actively contribute to business development, working with the Tax Partner to extend the client offering throughout the Central region.
Qualifications / Experience
* Strong background in corporate tax.
* Experience in an award-winning practice with fast-tracked internal talent development and potential progression to Partner level.
